A Note from the Founder
Hey, I'm Rich - I've spent 20+ years in engineering leadership at companies like Modernizing Medicine (grew eng from 30 to 100+), Chewy (VPE during hypergrowth), and as a CTO and engineering advisor.
I built Vectyr because I was tired of learning about problems too late. A PR sitting for 4 days. A blocked engineer who didn't speak up. A sprint derailed by a dependency no one saw coming.
If you've ever wished you could see around corners - catch the issues before they become incidents - Vectyr is for you. I can't wait to show you what we've built.
- Rich Kroll, Founder & CEO
Frequently Asked Questions
Why is Vectyr in closed beta?
We're prioritizing quality over speed. Each beta user gets hands-on support from our team to ensure Vectyr integrates seamlessly with their workflow. We'd rather onboard 10 happy beta users per week than rush 1,000 and deliver a mediocre experience.
How long is the wait list?
Most teams get access within 1-2 weeks. We review applications daily and prioritize teams with 5+ engineers (our sweet spot). If you're a great fit, we'll fast-track you.
What if I'm not an engineering manager yet?
That's okay! If you're an IC planning to move into management or a tech lead managing a small team, you're exactly who we want. Vectyr helps new managers get ahead of problems before they learn the hard way.
Is this really free during beta?
Yes. Beta access is completely free. When we launch publicly, beta users will get locked-in early adopter pricing at a significant discount - no rate increases, ever. It's our way of saying thanks for helping us build a better product.
